Who We Are

Based on the Pearl River Delta Area, Simpler Materials shares an excellent position for raw materials sourcing and products delivery.

In order to keep up with the rapid development of this industry, we have imported advanced production technology and equipment from domestic and international market. By far, we have 3 automatic coil shearing lines, 3 central shearing lines, 24 automatic production lines and over 180 semi-automatic production equipment, which can ensure the stable production for 24 hours.

Despite the hardware like advanced equipment, we also pay great attention to the software especially the working environment of our staff. The tidy and spacious workshop is designed strictly according to the closed production and 5S environment management. Combined with the efforts mentioned above, we have obtained a quite low malfunction rate and a high qualified products rate to 99.8%.

In the year of 1998, our founder started with scratch and built a small workshop for the lid process. After the efforts in the past two decades, we have built a complete production line, a practical management method and responsive team for the client, who share great confident with our product and service.

For years, we have made great efforts to improve the quality and simpler usage of the metal lids for chemical packaging can and pail.

By far, we have developed three products series: Lug Lid, Lever Lid, F-style Can Lid.

The dimension of each series is ranging from 0.1 liter to 25 liters. Any details like the raw materials, dimension, thickness, color, lacquering and filming can be customized according to various requirements. After the cooperation with our clients, we have accumulated over 1000 sets of mold, which are all still existed in the current market.
